Production of technical parts in rigid foam, Duromers, flexible- or integral-foam as well as RIM systems in open and closed moulds. Very high repetition accuracy for minimum shot weights of 3 grams.

Pressure tanks

39/100/250 liters, oilheated, incl. electric stirrer, level- and temperature detector, TÜV approved. Feeding hoses oilheated. Vacuum pump and automatic tankfilling device on request.


With double-jacket for oilheating and electric motor for continuous cleaning are included in basic equipment.

Dry-air flushing

All ISO sealrings are continuously flushed with dry air (dewpoint -40°C). A typical ISOTHERM innovation to increase lifetime of seals.


Four vertical piston pumps in tandem with hydraulic drive and fully automatic close-loop regulation of mixing ratio and output with digitally stepless adjustment. This oilheated dosing unit offers the possibility to realise small shots as well as continuous casting or spraying.


Industrial PC (Windows XP Prof.) with touch-screen, shows clearly, safely and comfortably all relevant process parameters. Menu-aided parameter set and control, analysis of errors. Process parameters shown on screen. PC for easy and economic adaptions to customers needs in case of machine integration and software changes.

Mixing head

Mechanically self-cleaning mixing heads with automatic recirculation of components, for smallest shot-size of 3 grams. Solvent-free, free of surge. For injection and spray.


The components POLY and ISO, stocked and heated in pressure vessels, are metered by plungerpumps and transferred under high pressure to mixing head, resp. recirculate in low pressure back to the tanks. Optimal stability of temperature and pressure.
