PU can be even sprayed for the reinforcement of thermoformed PMMA (acrylic)-parts. A process-optimized PU-rigid foam system sprayed by an ISOTHERM high-pressure unit and a spray robot. This guarantees a precise, repeatable reinforcement depending on PMMA-thickness.
